VFP: How to price your VFP projects

Posted on October 4, 2006. Filed under: Visual FoxPro |

This is a little talk I gave at the Sydney Visual FoxPro User Group last week.
It was only a short presentation (around 20 minutes) and might be of help to you in your business.
It is non-technical and covers basic concepts for pricing your work.
Its available from the articles page:
Interestingly enough I’ve been getting requests to do more presentations along these lines. At our next meeting I’ll be covering basic sales and marketing ideas.
It is timely for us since we are going through a big sales, marketing, process flow, development methodology overhaul at Talman at the moment. Our technical skills, focus, strategies etc aren’t changing, rather we are just reviewing how we market ourselves to clients.
I’d value any tips or feedback you had.
